How does the shipping work? Your order begins to be processed and created as soon as we receive it. Shirts can take 3-5 days for you to receive. Hoodies can take 5-8 days for you to receive. Art prints/canvas can take 7-10 days for you to receive. Shipping cost is included for the 1st item. Additional items in that order will incur a shipping cost depending on the item.
Are returns and exchanges a thing? Yes, yes they are. Feel free to contact me to let me know the issue. Then, if necessary, use the return label that is included with your delivery to return the item. We'll sort it out from there.
Are commissions an option? They sure are! Just contact me and let me know what's on your mind-creatively of course. Depending on my to-do list, we'll come up with a plan to bring your artwork to life. I do reserve the right to use that design/artwork for future prints.
What if I'm in your area, can I pick up my order from your house? Unfortunately, right now to keep cost and waste down, we print on demand, so we don't have immediate inventory at the ready. So no, please don't come-a-knockin, but we'll get you your much appreciated order to you as soon as we humanely can.
